From Chef’s house, the meeting point of this experience, you will go to the city’s largest Historical Market, in the beating heart of Catania “à fera o luni”, as it is called by the true Catanese. Here you will have the chance to taste many of the typical products on sale: from cheeses to olives to fish, without neglecting seasonal fruit.

You will buy the ingredients needed to prepare the menu of your choice and then, you will move back home to prepare the traditional delicacies. The experience will end with the tasting of the entire prepared menu, accompanied by wine from the area.
